With over 14 years of experience in high-impact staffing and talent acquisition, including leading large recruitment teams, my mission at SayCom Staffing is to bridge the gap between exceptional leaders and dynamic organizations. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Tampa General Hospital, I championed healthcare recruitment, ensuring the hospital's recognition as a leader in medical excellence. Leveraging skills in employee benefits, social networking, and candidate generation, I contributed to building a workforce that met rigorous standards and upheld our reputation as one of the nation's best hospitals. Our collaborative efforts led to a magnet-recognized nursing team and an elevated standard of patient care.
Kelli Meyers - Vice President Executive Search
With over 19 years of experience in recruiting, marketing and talent attraction, Kelli Meyers joins us after leading the Global Talent Acquisition Program teams for QVC, Inc, a global retail leader in online, broadcast and video commerce. There, she headed their global candidate experience initiatives, candidate attraction & employment brand strategies, TA operations, and DEI & university recruiting efforts with scope in the US, UK, Italy, Poland, and Japan.
Previously, Kelli was the Head of Talent Acquisition for CGB Enterprises, Inc., a national leader in the agriculture & transportation industries, where she created the company’s first dedicated recruitment function to attract, source, and recruit top talent into the organization in 42 states & over 135 locations. Prior to her designing & implementing a TA team for CGB, she worked as the Director of Talent Attraction for Ochsner Health System, an award-winning hospital system with 26,000 employees. There she successfully transformed the TA team by building & leading an employment brand team, a campus recruitment team & both an executive and hard-to-fill roles sourcing team.
